RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Australian customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return their order.
International customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return their order.


Returns and Exchanges must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Items stained with makeup or tanning products will not be accepted, please take care when trying on your garments. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition. For all faulty claims, please contact info@naado.com.au directly.
We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

 

REFUNDS

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

 STORE CREDITS

Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

 

SALE ITEMS

Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.

Any unauthorised Final Sale items which are posted back to NAADO will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

 

RETURN POSTAGE
You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
